Stefano is an experienced international attorney who has successfully represented a wide variety of major companies in their bet-the company transactions. His background is in finance and energy transactions.
Currently legal counsel to various multinational oilfield services companies, his practice spans the globe, representing clients developing project structures, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts for joint ventures and acquisitions in North America, Latin America, East Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
He has represented major E&P companies in projects for international exploration, processing, transportation and sale of hydrocarbons, renewables and other natural resources. He has served as lead counsel on numerous LNG projects across the value chain, upstream acquisitions, asset M&A, onshore and offshore oil field services, and maritime matters.
He has also represented major international financial institutions in restructuring and complex, diverse transactions, and has represented various governmental entities on major projects and energy transactions.

James Hou
Member
James Hou graduated from the Tulane University School of Law and was the editor of the Maritime Law Journal. He is a member and an expert in trusts and estates and insurance law, with experience handling various commercial agreements in the energy and insurance sectors, and corporate governance and in representing start-ups, including through his previous participation in Garden District Ventures.
He was a community liaison officer for U.S. Senator David Vitter and he has been an active pro bono advocate for families with special education needs as well as Afghan refugees looking to start businesses.

With extensive experience in international commercial transactions, including M&A and private equity financings, as well as in corporate governance matters, he leverages a strong mix of international experience and business acumen to lead successful international negotiations, advise management regarding cross-border commercial transactions, and mitigate risk exposure.

Cliff Mangano
