THE Firm

SDS & Associates was born of client necessity during the recent energy downturn.  Several former employees of Fortune 500 energy companies wanted to form startups to utilize their unique skill-sets and ideas, but didn't have the money to hire biglaw at inflated rates.

We stepped into the breach as their trusted consigliere, helping these clients form and operate their companies and have grown with them.

SDS & Associates later expanded its practice into trust and estates, in response to multiple requests from the executives of these clients.  The firm’s close relationship with its clients, deep understanding of their business, and high level of trust has resulted in an unmatched ability to counsel executives and the owners of small and medium sized businesses on their personal trust and estate needs at a high level from the get-go.

We advise clients in Europe, North America, and Asia from a business friendly, collaborative perspective that is lacking in the legal industry.
